Ahead of Schedule
We are ahead of schedule for the renovation of our customers 207sqm 66 floor condo at The River by Raimon Land. All demolition is completed, first fix electrical and plumbing all completed.
The fire resistant sealing and fire resistant foam insulation is nearly finished. Air con first fix is done. Now moving ahead with wall partitions.
Fire Resistant Sealing & Insulation
The client wants the condo completely sealed to reduce any smells that may come from other condos or drains etc. Also to make sure as much as possible the energy use could be reduced by minimizing any loss through gaps and spaces.
Air Con System
The main service room with all the air con systems will be insulated for sound too. The new system should dramatically reduce noise and be more efficient.
There are weekly site meetings with the renovation team, project manager and interior designer who speaks both Thai and English.

What We Do
We accept condo renovation projects in Bangkok. Average size is 80 to 400 sqm sqm and above. We do high end interior design if you do not have it already. If you have all the interior design completed, then send it to us for a cost. If you don’t have interior design drawings completed, contact us and our Thai and English speaking designer can help.
