What a wonderful project this has been ! The complete renovation of a 207 sqm condo on the 66th floor of The River by Raimon Land. Starting with a complete demolition of all interior and then seal up, rebuild and remodel the whole space into a new luxury home for the two owners. Including new air con systems and all interior design.Been awesome working by the mighty Chao Phraya river. There has been plenty of additional works and the project became a labour of love between client and team. A fine example of how you get the best from a working relationships and how to get the best quality and outcome in a construction project. Our project Manger Graham, has managed the project brilliantly and the team of craftsman done a great job.
The snagging list is completed. This is when client meets on site once all works are finished and checks. Any points he discusses with the project manager and one list is created. Due to the experience of our project manager, most of the snagging had already been completed, as he picked it up himself so it was done to save time.
Clients was over the moon and very happy. Praising the project manager and team. The client had to leave to go back to USA, so felt very confident to leave in our capable hands. Thank you so much…..another happy customer.
