We are very pleased to have been asked to do the renovation of  the 3 bedroom, 207 sqm condo at The River condominium project. This amazing development was originally developed by Raimon Land. The condo is on the 66th floor in a  prime location on the banks of  The Chao Phraya River, Bangkok.

Our English speaking interior designer advised and completed all interior design drawings. On completion the owner requested us to do the renovation works. Price was agreed and contracts signed. The works are to begin towards the end of April and should be finished in 6 months.

The design is simple, modern but elegant with wood features and a sense of warm ambience. After demolition is completed, the owner wants to seal the unit as much as possible from any neighbouring noise, pipe/sewer smells and any intrusions. Also, soundproofing and insulation, new air con systems and sanitary/plumbing and electrical works. Then of course the interior fit our works which includes all new bathrooms, kitchen (kitchen specialist), floors, walls and ceilings with the wooden built in furniture and features. In addition to all other works as specified in the interior design drawings.

The owners live part of the time overseas, so we will manage and control the whole project from start to completion. Many of our clients live or work overseas so we normally communicate with photos and emails to show them progress throughout. This allows them to continue on with their lives and works without having to worry. It is our pleasure to help.
