We are following our interior designers designs drawings. The swimming pool is also being completely overhauled, with new, piping, pump, filter system and tiles.

We have completed all the demolition and gutting of the interior. We have installed all first fix electrical and sanitary and now completed all internal ceilings first fix. Our English speaking project manager, Khun Satit (with over 40 years construction experience) controls all works, visiting regularly and making sure everything is done according to our strict code of quality. He is also a fully qualified engineer and worked on projects such as The Embassy Suites.

Le Raffine is one of Bangkok’s older, but grand developments; and with good sized pools on the large balconies, offers a very unique and special way to live in the city. We are very grateful to have been awarded the contract for this prestigious renovation.
