The demolition works at Baan Issara, Ramkhamheng Soi 24, Bangkok, are on schedule. Meeting with client went very well. Discussions on the type of windows, wood choices, glass stair sidings and materials. Also the whole renovation itself. Our clients work overseas and visit periodically for update meetings. The house is being completely remodeled by our Bangkok renovation team. New bathrooms, remodeling of bedrooms and all living spaces, new floors, raising ceiling heights, new lighting, new modern kitchen, replacement of all doors/windows, feature front door, creation of a garage and other external works. Our senior, English speaking project manager Khun Satit visits the site every week, twice a week, the team project manager is on site every day and foreman.
