We arrived on site, on the date the client agreed and demolition works began. As with all projects we take out a full insurance policy to cover the property and all third parties, during the renovation. Essential for both client, neighbors and us as the contractor. One of the great features of this condo is a free form swimming pool and spacious sun deck. We are ahead of schedule and all removal of old built in furniture, ceilings, bathrooms, kitchens, electrical and plumbing will be completed by end of week. The interior design was all completed by our interior designer who speaks both Thai and English. We also helped liaise with a professional kitchen company, who did all the kitchen designs ready for installation at the correct time.  Our team having been working very well, according to the condo managements regulations. Once all debris has been removed we will spray for termites. Then actual remolding works can begin. The client travels overseas and wanted a contractor who could take care of everything for him.Regular updates are sent by email.
