Our client’s condo renovation is 3 weeks ahead of schedule. Works are going very well and the customer is most happy.  The electrics, sanitary and plumbing are finished, the floor preparation completed and are ready for final coat of stain. The custom made built in wooden furniture is all installed and the final painting soon to start. The kitchen company will come to install the kitchen and we always help our client liaise with them. Our designer did the layout.

Our interior designer worked with the client for all the interior design concepts, ideas, drawings, and renders. On completion we provided the quotation and the client awarded us the contract.The renovation included the new kitchen, painting, curtains, lighting and built in furniture. We also were asked to do the renovation of the balcony sun deck and the installation of a simulation wood deck. On completion of the condo renovation works, we will carry out a complete check of all water systems, electrics and overhaul/cleaning of air con.
