All demolition works are completed, at the condo renovation in Grandville, Sukhumvit 24. The cabinets doors are all returning from the factory having been spray painted. Tiling is on going. The first fitting of all the new air con system (condensers and system) is done. Second fit will at once all decoration is completed. Kitchen refurbishment is taking place. Client is very happy. We have chosen all the new taps, shower heads, bath and accessories. The condo was rather old and dark inside. So sensibly the client has gone for a very bright appearance with white cabinets and white kitchen cupboards. It is already much lighter and will look really welcoming for their guests who they rent to. The windows and balcony sliding doors are all being replaced with new aluminum.
