The house renovation at Baan Issara in Bangkok, is speeding ahead. We are now ahead of schedule. All the demolition is completed on all three floors. The external brick work is being cleaned using a high pressured water system and the old sandwash finish is bring rendered with cement. The client is very pleased and asked for additional works including: beautiful, specially made Makka hardwood framed, sliding doors with glass, large size glass fixed windows, a Makka hardwood skirting board and for new waterheaters to be concealed under sink units. Makka wood is hard wood that is harder than teak.
