“Great job guys”  – Client very pleased with the final draft of his interior design drawings and renders. Its for a circular, 85 sqm holiday villa in The Mango Spa Resort in Hua Hin. The client liked the clean, uncluttered and modern Scandinavian styles. Traveling internationally he wanted a fully customized solution, that he can use to relax and also have office facilities. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms,  living room with open plan kitchen and balconies. The second floor is where the master bedroom suite is with luxury bathroom and office area. To maximize space, the client also wanted to expand on the number of people who could stay, so the second bedroom will have one single bed and custom made bunk bed. Enabling the home to have three guests to stay. There is even housing units for his robotic vacuum cleaners, LAN, smart home lighting, custom designed built in furniture and a host of pleasing features. One of the reasons, our client wanted to work with us, is because we provide a complete design and renovation service. So, now the interior design stage is completed, we are working on the costs to carry out the full remodel. The property has been demolished inside and there will be new ceilings, lights, sockets, wall and floor coverings, bathrooms, windows, doors and ceilings. We will also do all custom built furniture. It has been a pleasure to work with our client and look forward to the next stage. Lovely location with two swimming pools, tropical landscape, restaurant and tennis court.
