Our clients condo renovation at Le Raffine, is ahead of schedule ! He is very pleased with the results so far. Our construction team is following the interior design supplied by our interior designer and we are now starting on the finishing aspects of the condo renovation. Most of the tiling is completed, electrical first fix and plumbing done. Built in furniture is being built off site ready for installation. Termite protection added. Ceilings are all in place and first coats of paint being applied. The swimming pool on the balcony has been totally overhauled and we are in the process of installing the new pump/filtration system. All waterproofing is completed and pool tiling begun. New windows will be arriving soon and then installed. The client decided to include all the main areas to have soft touch, Bticino dimmer controls. It is a wonderful project due to the location, the client and the condo itself. Not many condos have a lagoon swimming pool and large barbecue sun deck on the balcony ! With the client often going overseas, we have taken care of the whole project with updates, discussions being carried out via email, phone calls and meetings. Looking forward to finishing, seeing how amazing it will look and handing the keys over to another satisfied customer.
