Renovation works are on schedule at our wonderful clients condo at Grandville House, Sukhumvit 24, Bangkok. Demolition is almost completed. Air con survey today. Tiles are removed and new tiles chosen. Checking the pump system for the spa bath. It is not a full renovation as some of the interior only needs to be repaired, painted and corrected. Furniture repairs and spray painting.  To give the property a fresh look and replace the tiles, decorate, new electrcial switches, lights and sockets. Showers etc. Thank you to our clients.
