Great news. We have been awarded the contract to completely renovate the 370 sqm condo at Le Raffine, Sukhumvit 24, Bangkok. Contracts are signed and we start Monday. The condo is two story with a swimming pool on the balcony. It is to renovate the whole space,  including walls, ceilings, floors, new air con, new kitchen, new bathrooms, new wiring, new plumbing, built in cupboards and walk in wardrobes. The master suite will have an en suite bathroom with his/her sinks, separate rain shower and circular luxury spa bath. We are very excited to be starting and wonderful to be working with our client.
