Everyone in the team has enjoyed this renovation project so much. It was completely renovated back to bare shell. Starting with the professional interior designer in Bangkok, who worked closely with the clients. He created the blue print for the renovation team to then follow. Everything was removed. The unit was sealed to help stop neighbouring or building smells. All new electrical sockets, switches and lights were installed. Complete new luxury bathrooms. Glass showers and all new tiling throughout. Special custom made wooden features, built in furniture and new kitchen. The air con service room sound insulated. After a whole new air con system installed. There were also new ceilings and lots of other details as we progressed.
Our client could not be here all the time as he lived in the USA. So the project manager Graham met on occasions when client was in Thailand. Most of the works was completed while the client was overseas. We communicated regularly by email and phone calls if required. Here are just a few photos to show how amazing it turned out.
